Of course the ATL
If Stevens and Bud switch rosters, Stevens wins just as many games and Bud is in the lottery

No doubt in my mind

Based on what? We talking perception or facts here?

Bud turned Teague, Millsap, Korver into All Stars within 2 years (made Millsap a two time All Star), he's turned Demarre Caroll from a journeyman bench player into a double digit scoring, All NBA defensive level player. Not to mention the growth you've seen from Dennis Schroeder, Mike Scott, Kent Bazemore, Mike Muscala (as of late) so the player development here is probably the best in the league.

Statistically were top 6 on offense & defense and Bud led us to 60 wins (and counting), a division title and the #1 seed in the East in his second year. No disrespect to Stevens b/c I think he's a good coach, but Stevens isn't doing ANY of what I just listed if he was down here and hasn't in his time in BOS

All that shyt goes out the window in the playoffs.

You're the softest #1 seed in NBA history.

Hawks (and coach Budenholz) don't adapt well to how other teams play. In a seven game series, it's about matchup and which coach can exploit them. The Hawks play a certain style of ball, win or lose. The Celtics are very maleable and can adjust their lineups to expose favorable matchups. Stevens is a surgeon and the players are swiss army knives. Coach Frank is still wet behind the ears when it comes to making game-altering adjustments with his team.

And if the Hawks go cold from behind the arc......:scust:

Give me an example of this b/c to be honest you're talking out of your ass right now. We have a very flexible lineup where we can go big or go small and we have the unique luxury of having our two All Star bigs be able to play pick and roll basketball with each other because they both can put the ball on the floor and hit a face up jumper. We have a wide array of ways we can beat teams, you think we won 60 by accident?

Korver shouldn't have been an all star.

Teague is SOFT in the playoffs.

Horford is a bulldog but is undersized. Ditto for Millsap.

:dahell:

Coaches voted Korver an All Star, I trust their opinion over random fans like you

Teague's first taste of the playoffs was BEASTING on the Bulls in the second round in 2011 vs. D. Rose. He put up 19 a night vs. Indy in the playoffs last yr. how is he soft in the playoffs? :what:

I direct you to the game against the Celtics before all-star break. The game in which Turner hit the buzzer beater. All throughout the game, Stevens was out smarting Bud with his matchups and the plays he ran.

Teague can put up numbers but he's not a difference maker ad a PG. Rose still got the best if him in that series. As did Rondo when he'd go up against him. Teague can't stop the opposing PGs from going off. There's never been a series that Teague's won for his squad.

Korver got in because he played on the team with the best record in the east, he can shoot, and he's white.

No Bud and the team lost that game in the 4th Q. Hawks dominated that game thru 3 quarters and lost a double digit lead in the 4th. To that same token you could say Bud out coached Stevens in Atlanta when we came back from a 20 plus deficit to beat yall.

As for Teague, I don't see how you're changing the argument from "Teague is soft in the playoffs" to there's never been a series Teague has won for his team. You're changing the argument. BTW, look at the series we've played with Teague as our starting PG, we've been the lower seed each time so I don't see how you can hold that against him for not winning those series when he has actually played well IN those series
