I dont live in the states any more, but all of the properties I own are the this destin/fort walton beach area and I have a property management company handling all of the leg work for me. I guess I'll say this now though. Eventually I plan on reaching out to like minded coli fam to see who wants to go in with me and buy a whole apartment complex to rent out. Thats a plan still in work though.
