I've discover over time that people in my cipher want to wear that title but are:

Inconsiderate
Selfish
Some timing
Self-Absorbed

It like labels in a sense like Manager or Supervisor but they dont want to put in the time and effort.(But a person like yourself can or i Can). Believe me when you can be there for a person AND they in turn cant be there for you or are always finding an excuse......You feel some type of way bout the shyt. Simply put.
