it's a traffic violation..sheeesh. unless it's a vehicular manslaughter or dui charge, why are you spazzin- they will find you guilty by absentia - you pay the fine, court fees, and keep it pushing

One of my boys had an outstanding ticket, and got pulled over for making an illegal turn. The old ticket came up when they ran his ID. He got arrested, had to pay for the original ticket, the new ticket, and to get out of jail, had to call his wife to drive him back to his car, was late for work, and had to tell his boss why he was late. He has a good position, never messed up before, so they let it slide at work.
All of this could have been avoided had he simply handled the FIRST ticket, AND not made a valid traffic violation.
Personally, I want to have as little interaction with the police as possible, so I don’t speed, I wear my seatbelt, I don’t blast my music, and I don’t make illegal turns. That extra 3 minutes to make the correct turn, compared to risking my money, time, and life is worth it.
