what do you do when your feet/socks start to smell?

Ive been poor and in the dumps. I know this struggle. I did some IT work for a celebrities father when i was in my early 20's. I go up to his moist loft area which had no couch, only pillows, so the shoes had to come off, and my feet were smelling like ERRRRRR RAHHHHHHHH! and i could probably use my socks for a baseball bat because they were so hard. I take my shoes off and i had a lot of difficulty fixing his issue, so i just sat there putting my disgusting socks all over his nice pillows. I was never called back to work on any other of his IT related issues and realizing that something as simple as some disgusting socks was hurting my ability to earn a living, i made the change right then and there to never wear the same socks over and over again. I mean im positive the aroma of filth coming off those pillows after i left could light a candle. Lets be respectful of ourselves so we in turn can show others respect.
