It's refreshing to see alot of real krs one fans on here. I feel he shaped alot of my calues growing up.

Just knowing whats true and whats right etc

Loves gonna get you, the video and everything is like a classic book from the 70s. That was applied to the 80s with power!

Krs is no nonsense. I love what he's done.

I think those top three go in any order depending on preference. The self-titled joint & I Got Next (with "A Friend" & "Step Into A World") fire too, especially the latter dropping 11 years after Criminal Minded which had him up there with LL as one of the longest-running and relevant rappers of his time. And Edutainment has one of the five best storytelling songs ever ("Loves Gonna Getcha")

I don't really distinguish between BDP and solo, to me they're all solo.

My personal faves:

By Any Means Necessary - flawless
Edutainment - close second, I agree he should have been awarded something for the concept
Hip Hop Lives - just a dope album, I feel this was the start of a career renaissance for a few years
The BDP Album - KRS got more lyrical as he got older and the beats on here were solid. Really underrated gem.
