to me it seems like he's legit trying to do challenging roles
and not merely portray a generic cool or angry persona like other rappers

personally i don't care about entertainers' private lives
but as for why some people question him??

then top that off by making public service announcement in favor of gay marriages
it will raise some eyebrows
but clearly he didn't care and was trying to make his own niche
