Seasoning? Seems like something you ethnics do to ruin food. I prefer to let the natural flavors of my food play with my palate as God intended :mjpls:

I use garlic pepper, onion powder, Mrs. Dash & Creole seasoning. Add cheddar cheese & a lil bit of milk to make my eggs fluffy....

Gordon Ramsey method’s the best

I tried this just now...not the seasoning but the way he cooked it...occasionally taking it off the stove and stirring...came out just right...sometimes I overcook the eggs when I scramble them...I was worried about undercooking them using this technique but they came out just right...great texture

I just mix the eggs with butter. There's enough salt in butter to season the eggs.
me too. I don't like adding salt to the eggs. They already taste salty after cooking them in butter. I just season with pepper. that's it.

yea I love making them like that when I have the time. My wife/kids aren't really a fan of that texture though. I figure hey at least they eat their steak medium like they sposed to which is better than most black folks do so I can accept their pedestrian egg preferences
