I'm curious as to how those of you who are familiar with it feel about it, it seems like a pretty cool place. It seems like there's a good amount of middle class black folk living there and there are parts of it I would consider living there.
What do you think about Long Island, New York?

Jamaica, Rosedale/Elmont, Valley Stream: good. Way in the burbs: not so fun. You have to drive everywhere or take the LIRR.

Nah, Long Island is like 65% white. And parts of it are pretty densely populated.place fukking boring....
