Am I the only person here who doesnt want to see Undertaker vs AJ? Is that what yall on over there on #SDSet?

Gotta dig up a senior citizen to main event for your brand?

AJ Styles vs John Cena is the best bet. Cena makes that return and is the ultimate test for AJ once again this time the title is on the line on the biggest stage

Undertaker vs Baron Corbin needs to happen. I dont care if Taker is old and needs a seasoned veteran to carry him nowadays. Suck it up and help elevate Baron Corbin

And then after Cena and Aj. Then what?

I think the best possible matches that make sense from a storyline standpoint are these (Not including the possibility of Rock or HBK wrestling):

Finn Balor vs. Kevin Owens (c): Balor returns at Rumble, wins, challenges Owens for the Universal title. Brings Balor back into world title picture against the man who won it right after him

A.J. Styles (c) vs. The Undertaker: It's only right, and I think they can still save Cena/Taker for next year since it's looking like Taker's sticking around. Make it for the title too

Triple H vs. Seth Rollins: Bring closure to the feud, complete Rollins' face turn

Brock Lesnar vs. Goldberg: Now I would rather see something else, but this is what's most likely gonna go down

Charlotte vs. Sasha Banks vs. Bayley: They did 3/4 of the Horsewomen last year, makes sense to do it again this year but with Bayley replacing Becky

Roman Reigns vs. John Cena: Match that should have happened while the brands were still together. I don't know what the story would be about but make this the big interbranded match

Shane McMahon vs. The Miz: Addresses Miz's beef with SD management/Daniel Bryan. Maybe on SD Miz puts hands on DB and Shane wrestles Miz in DB's honor

Dean Ambrose vs. Samoa Joe: Bring Joe up to Smackdown, most sensible feud to inject him in right away

Interbanded Ladder Match for the US Title: Jericho (c) vs. Cesaro vs. Zayn vs. Braun vs. Ziggler vs. Orton vs. Corbin vs. Kalisto

You also got New Day, Enzo & Cass, Braun, Bray, American Alpha, Crews, Rusev, and the Cruiserweights on deck to fill out the rest of the card

I hadn't even thought about this but I like it a lot. Gives miz the rub either way and keeps Shane crazy ass away from Brock

Cena AJ happened 3 times already, Mania needs fresh matchups with fresh stories if you want it to garner the most amount of interest possible. AJ/Cena reached its zenith at Summerslam. AJ/Taker would solidify AJ as a legit main event talent who's really on that level. Taker is still the most over and popular member of the roster besides Cena and Rock, I don't care if he's old or can't work a match anymore he's still an insane attraction and Raw would be lucky if he got to wrestle Goldberg or Reigns or Balor.

Corbin vs Taker would be cuz they just aren't gonna put together something good, Corbin's a slow power guy who needs a foil with a high workrate. Taker's kinda cut from the same cloth except he can do more in the ring. Corbin's mic skills also aren't on that level yet either and he needs time before he's worthy of a Taker feud. If SD's top 2 matches is a rematch and a midcard feud, they're gonna look so worthless going up against Raw's HHH/Rollins, Goldberg/Lesnar, whatever women's match they do, and whatever Universal title match.
