I honestly think it'll be a B rating with a possibility of B+ at the highest and C as the lowest. The undercard is solid with Dean/Brock being the only interesting match of the 3 featured matches.

It will still be good. Last year had a terrible buildup but the matches still delivered. I feel the same way about this year. The Reigns vs Triple H match will be one of the highlights. With Reigns bringing home the gold of course.
