Guessing 5’9 due to angles. Throwing out 225 maybe. Log her current eating patterns and habits, track her current glucose levels and blood pressure, request any previous family medical conditions.

get her on a three day fast of water dabbled in with salt. Have her understand the power of abstaining from her current dietary options, as well as build her mental strength.:jbhmm: Begin to throw out simple carbohydrates such as chips, cookies, and soft drinks. Introduce her to omega-3 fatty acids found in various fishes as well as vegetables such as broccoli. Slowly re-introduce simple carbs in small portion sizes.

Start with light cardio work. Looking at 5 sets of 10 jump ropes, paired with crunches and lunges. Have the body adjust to movement of the neglected ligaments. Run this course for about a month to see if that 225 goes down to 215.

by 215, we begin working on running. Have her sprint for about a 1/4 of a mile than rest. build herself up until she is able to complete a mile without any respiratory complications.

we in Dec 2021… by like… March 2022 she should be adapting to this new lifestyle and should adhere by it to avoid any life threatening disease such as Type 2 Diabetes, Heart Disease, or High Blood Pressure.
