People would spend more and manage bills better.
But also it would create jobs because you will see a need for payroll software, that industry would grow but AI would limit it's growth

Alot of is psychological. If you get paid weekly you got money coming at you more frequently. Every week you got money hitting your account.
That may create a false reality that you can spend more.
Probably less payday loans as well, because you getting paid weekly, sometimes right on time for rent.

It would hurt the employers more than the employee. Employers usually keep the payroll amount on hand. They might not have it every week due to invoicing.
I don't think it matters. It's the same money.
Maybe a slight psychological effect from seeing the deposit in your bank account sooner, but even this would wear out by the 2nd month.

I ain't shyt with money, but it won't mess up my spending habits...I know my bills have to be paid, of COURSE that money's getting out up, but I'ma send JUST as reckless as I did before, not more or less ...it's just gonna equal out the same ..
