What do you think would've happened if the Cavs beat the Spurs?

Lebron stays in miami, bosh still misses the remainder of the season, riley does not trade for dragic, whiteside does not emerge. Bulls beat heat in second round, then hawks in conference finals then warriors in finals.

Thibbs retains job

Nothing really changes, Duncan has 1 less ring. I still think lebron leaves because i don't see them winning anymore, but this time he doesn't get the backlash because they won

The Spurs could have fukked up their current legacy as the best team of the 2000's a couple of times if it wasn't for luck. After they beat the Nets they were thinking about Kidd and that would have set Parker back and he probably wouldn't have developed into the player he ended up becoming. Then around 2010/2011 I believe when they were thinking about trading Parker to the Knicks. But they stuck with their squad and ended up with another ring because of it.
