the only thing that holds any real value to me is my family and my life. i can't speak for other people because not every family is the same but my family has always had my back and loved me unconditionally. that to me is more important than paper with monetary value based on the economic prosperity of the country i reside in that will inevitably fail or be forgotten. my parents, my brother, my wife, my child, and some of my extended family is what keeps me going along with the general thrill of living and experiencing new things. money is nothing but a tool that can let one experience many great things in life, but if it has more value to you than the relationships that you've built during your lifetime you must be a sack of shyt......imo
