Order. I say order because with order things can be manage efficiently. Order allows you to make sure that people don't screw thing up, and if they do, they're dealt with and don't screw everything else up.

I could be wrong but i feel that everything can come from order (with a few exceptions like freedom, chaos, and maybe change). things to be avoided imo; tend to create problems. once you have order ;then you can make a cause everything and not only identify the nature thee problem, but also have the capability to deal with it quickly.
