Yeah to me it's hard to have any effect when he's playing in the era with Brady , Peyton , Rodgers . He'd have to get 4 rings I think and beat Peyton and Brady in super bowls to probably get moved up.

Statistically, I would agree, but there are HOF don't even have one Super Bowl (I know its a team accomplishment but they factor in to HOF consideration). Eli has two and is still young enough to make another run.
