Capitalism doesn’t(can’t) produce a utopia(no system involving humans does)... it just produces more wealth and prosperity than every other system.

Keeping my overhead low, and my understand high
A merit based society free of corruption where anyone can become rich and accomplish their dreams with the right amount of hard work and dedication

which is a impossibility. Capitalism breeds greed and greed breeds corruption

To all,

So in the perfect situation, how would the wealth be distributed?

Would there be breadlines? Ideally what percentage of the masses will make it to middle class and comfortable? What percentage will be poor or living check to check?

Vast majority of the population would live a middle class lifestyle. Those who are rich would be those who are passionate about becoming rich or contribute greatly to society. Poor would be those who are too lazy to work hard enough to achieve middle class status.

In my opinion the estate tax would be very high so once you pass on a majority of your wealth goes back to society to ensure an even playing field for future generations

I'm going to assume you are asking about lessaiz-faire capitalism(not state capitalism)... and the answer is hard to say. A freer market is a more inclusive market where only the lazy and unlucky* are enduringly poor.
Its also extremely difficult to hoard money at the top... so the rising tides would absolutely lift all boats...

In a utopia, no one works.

My cup runneth over all the time.

At least that's what the Bible has led me to believe.

Can never work in a human created society. Flawed creatures cannot create perfect systems.

But to answer your question, this answer below is probably the best case for capitalism. The thing about Capitalism is that it's the best system (thus far) for allocating resources to produce goods and services (and wealth) the issue now is the distribution of said wealth.

im not sure if capitalism ever promised a utopia per se, but its proponents do claim that when functioning optimally, it ultimately rewards merit and efficiency, so the results, even when negative, will be "fair".
