I think, in it's purest form, being #HOH would mean that you react to women according to the natural pecking order regardless of the fact that she may be attractive.
That is, if you're an educated man with no kids, you don't simp women with 3 kids, a criminal record, and a fat ass. I don't care how fine she is. Don't do it , breh.
You tend to prefer higher quality women. Women who have proven that they aren't on that bullshyt and would reciprocate the important things in a relationship for a worthy dude.
If you're a woman, it means the same thing. Not laying with dusty dudes who "need a place to stay till they get on their feet" and dudes who don't have a gang of illegitimate kids by women whose names they don't know.
Basically, it's a mantra of having self-worth and not settling for the lowest common denominator, which is usually easy sex from a substandard mate.
