Happens about 10% of the time when I drink coffee. Just runs straight through me. Stomach gives me the and passes it through the bowels immediately. Liquefies any solids sitting in there and I get that ache where holding it in isn't an option.

I rarely drink coffee. I was at work when I tried that Starbucks, I didn't want to buy an energy drink. Big mistake because that shyt gave me the BGs almost instantly damn near shytted my pants

last time i felt instant diarrhea i had a bout of food poisoning..some ground chicken i had wasnt cooked at high enough temp..gave me a fire headache on top of me throwing up and shytting...felt better immediately

I think my body is tired of eating bad so I have salmon green beans for dinner tonight and I bought one of those fruit and vegetable trays so I can just eat it over the course of the next few days and cleanse my body

Took me a while to realize this, but it might be just that one individual store. Probably some nasty workers in there. Every city has a few fast food spots that are guaranteed to send you to the restroom. It’s usually a matter of bad vs. good mgmt and it sometimes varies between shifts at a single store.





It may help to make a mental note of the time you went and which store you went to before you got sick. Simply going to another BK across town might solve this problem permanently for you. If you are already -status, dropping chain restaurants might be a good idea also.
