I'm already doing what I love.

I've been completely sober from drugs and alcohol since 2013.

Does sex count as superficial bullshyt? I don't need it, but I enjoy it and it doesn't cause guaranteed harm like drugs and alcohol do.
But when I'm having a fukked up day or shyt ain't going right, my go-to is to hit up a chick for sex and I feel better afterward. But if I don't, I feel irritated. I am not on my purpose then, If I'm still relying on sex to help me feel good
