like no disrespect to talib kwali but i think he kinda trash even tho people call him lyrical , when it sounds corny it dont sound good
rappers like roc marci, ghostface etc etc are lyrical but they make it sound and look good
lyrical grime mc's are guys like wiley, dirty goodz, dot rotten, ghetts, devlin

Some rap is harder to comprehend for some people than others so they dismiss it as "boring" or "corny".
Some people couldn't care less about rap if there's no hot beat and catchy hook involved.
