Ok, lets say Mook is trash and Lux, Serious, & Millz killed him. Lets say Mook is all hype.
Only 2 of those guys are decent, and none are really that far ahead of stuff from 10 years ago.
in comparison, i dont think millz would translate well today either
Wow.
I'm having a funny feeling that I'm talking to an idiot.
and the reason i dont think millz would look good now is because he was great for his time, dumping those mixtape verses
now you have to have a lot more to your repertoire. serious jones did well cause he always been a jokester. so him performing would be no issue.
lux is a great lyricist, so he would always do great as long as he delivered in that area cause thats what most expect from him
but millz is decent on that level but i question could he bring those other elements to perform in front of a large crowd and deliver those bars to mesmerize a audience.
dude you dont even have a point in this
and again why do you keep pointing out millz ,lux and serious?
the debate is not how any old school dude would translate we just talking about mook
do you even have a argument against that?
Now a days these dudes have whole characters for themselves, slogans, angles of attack. shyt waay better now. These dudes really put on shows now
I think I'm looking at the sportsmanship, you looking for showmanship. This is what I was trying to figure out, it makes a lot of sense now.

you cant go that route either
these dudes today are lyrically better from every aspect too

Yeah, lyrics are good, yadda, yadda, yadda...
But I figure when dudes have whole characters for themselves, slogans, angles of attack that appeals to you more.![]()
its not either or, its a whole package
all that "its about the bars" shyt sound good on paper but the reality is now a days everybody got bars. what separates the great from the dudes on ahat is the fact they have the whole package they do it all.
mook dont.
