Jim is that dude. Let's not act like dude hasn't put out bangers.

"Certified Gangstas", "Crunk Muzik", "G's Up", "Summer Wit Miami", "We Fly High", "Pop Champagne", "Frenemies", "60 Rackz", "Back On The Wall" just to name a few.

The thing with Jim is, he knows his lane & doesn't stray away from that. Plus all the fukkery he provides on camera.

I always said NY dropped the ball on dipset as a whole .Didnt support em the way they shoudlve.

You're right. Even tho their shyt was extra regional/local, they had their OWN fukkN LANE!!! from the fashion, to the slang, to the music itself, no one was fukkin with it and it was distinctly Harlem. You almost believed they all still lived in Harlem because of how the videos/material was presented. Real NY heads KNOW that they miss that Dipset shyt when you hear Flex or Kay Slay do a lil 10-15 minute Dipset mix on hot 97. shyt, even the second string cats like JR, Rell and Zeekey were getting attention/shine :mindblown:

Still, them cats also helped in burying themselves. Cam with that 50 Cent/hot summer/swimming pool madness. Jim, with "running" shyt in Cam's absence and wanting to go beyond playing his initial role (weed carrier). And Juelz simply got lazy/flabby/sick and irrelevant. Dude looked young and like he was legitimately up next in that Hey Ma video and has turned out to be a total failure.

He was with Dipset: Piff

Jimmy had Max B writing hooks on his solo tip: Piff

Ballin being one of them: Piff due to Max B laying the foundation.

Not saying Max B had a whole hand in his career considering he was locked up while Jim was still thriving.

What also fukked up Dipset is them constantly getting exposed as bums that can't do shyt on the street level. Remember "Dips don't do nothin" mega-thread on :hamster: ?
