Everywhere...You never there.
Most everything folks have said in here is valid ...

Also not getting giddy and fawning over the attempt of another player ( who you're trying to be better than) to gas you up (1 hesi 2 hesi 3 hesi' s :gladbron:) ...

... only to get called a "lil nicca" by the same player two years later .

I don't know if his knee gave him problems but he seemed to settle for the three and that never happened that much before the knee injury if you crowded him he would drive to the basket or kick it out alot more but this knee injury forced him to settle more and i can't hate on that shot on Love because if it went in just a few minutes earlier

One of the worst defenders is the league

Needs to learn how to guard, it really showed last round against OKC and it only got worse with Kyrie :snoop: shyt was atrocious

Turnovers and diversifying his shot selections.

Defense needs to be worked on obviously but I think at this point, it is what it is...I don't think he can improve much there.
However, I think he can cut down on careless turnovers (how are you gonna have more TOs than assists in the finals series? Inexcusable) and be smarter on the court.
Like people said above, mix up his shots and diversify attack options and if you're off (or let's suppose "injured"), use yourself as a decoy and make it easier for the other guys.

His mental game is trash.
The costly turnovers, over dribbling and points in the paint.
I think as fans(I'm a Warriors fan and fans of basketball) crowned him a little too early.
The things he did on the court were awe inspiring and we all have culpability in that but his decision making and court awareness really took the air out of the momentum building plays we had in 6 and 7.
If this doesn't make him hungry, I don't know what will.

Defense

Driving the ball again (got way too 3 happy after the injury in the playoffs)

Strength

He was doubled and shadowed heavily these playoffs by the Cavs and was very careless at times with his passing

His D isn't bad (although he needs to focus more on it) . The go ahead shot for three (from Kyrie) dude had a hand in his face (not much you can do) and Kyrie cooked everyone in this series, Klay was especially disappointing. Plus, they stayed getting curry switched onto bigger guys (Lebron) in the post which resulted in fouls or him being in a bad position. The Warriors D strategy was really bad the last couple of games.

If you guys got some stats on him being that bad I'll concede:yeshrug:

The turnovers were terrible though, no "elite" point guard should be passing like that.

I think the constant shadowing and doubling limited what he could do in the midrange and paint shots as well. Doesn't help when the D collapses and everyone aside from Klay was inconsistent or terrible with open 3's compared to the regular season.

exactly. Another thing is he stopped being a point guard completely. He didnt enable any of his teammates

Dudes weren't hitting shots though.:yeshrug:The lazy passes didn't help though.

but why do dudes have to hit threes in order to be effective?

watch that game. that is when Curry and the warriors are at their best. When they're cutting to the basket and setting each other up with bounce passes..when curry is using his threat as a dominant three point shooter to open up his and others' mid range and paint game.

Salute to Cleveland though. They REFUSED to let GSW get easy buckets in transition. REFUSED.
