the car isn't powered by water, this would violate laws of chemistry. it uses water to make a sludge which it recycles to slightly improve gas mileage. i'm betting the idea didn't take off cause having to refill a second tank is annoying.
and who waits 6 years to assassinate someone with a hobby invention? if an oil company wanted to keep the invention under wraps, how could they do it when the patent is openly published? and if the government's the bad actor, why wouldn't they classify the patent for national security purposes?
