Def not true. it's one thing to be "smart" its another thing to be well versed in life skills. My Great grandmother couldn't read, but she could plant a garden. Grow food. Tend to crops and make clothing. I'm certain I'm qualified as more "intelligent" than her. but i can't make clothes or tend a field.
