I remember i worked for Tracfone when they first opened. I was young as fukk. The company was like a year old. Call-Center was a small 20 by 20 room with a staff of 10 customer service people and 5 tech support agents (me being one of them).

That job was a nighmare...Truck drivers calling threatning us because their phones aint working.
