Looking at that video, and going through my experience with schizophrenia (I worked in a Mental Health Facility)...

(1) I would state that dude is possibly suffering from schizophrenia or some form of drug induced psychosis...

(2) I have seen that same presentation with an Asian I treated...Weird movements (doing push ups in the common TV lounge, dancing in some form of yoga style), looking at people intensely (he would look at people like a lion looking at a zebra as if to get ready to attack)...

He never became violent...But he behaved the same way as Katt Williams in that video....

(3) Katt Williams is sick...He needs medical attention...Either for a substance abuse disorder and/or major psychiatric disorder...
