I didn't see the movie but the way he's holding the lightsaber it looks like he's freestyling like Galen Marek from The Force Unleashed games.

Think around the time of FA jj said he didnt want him using one style but to use multiple styles.

IIRC, Juyo and Shien.

Haven't seen ROS yet, but judging his style from the other two movies it looks like his style is Djem So with some elements of Makashi; just like his grandfather. His technique seems a bit clumsy and inefficient for Juyo. He wielded his lightsaber like he was still learning the finer points of lightsaber combat.

In comparison with Jedi/Sith in his age group, he would have got washed by TPM era Obi-Wan and Maul, and AOTC/ROTS era Anakin despite how powerful he was.
