I was borderline addicted to Guru for some time. Legit had to step down bit by bit for a few months to quit. I been energy drink free for a few years now, but still think about grabbing a Guru from time to time. Made me feel extra great and focused.

Yerba mate was the best "energy" drink for me. Give me the perfect amount of energy with no jitters. Harder to find yerba mate unless you buy it online. You can find matcha powder easier than yerba mate

Definitely not healthy but I ended up on Guru cause I was looking up ingredients (as I do with a lot of things) and everything always looked very natural. Was a far better alternative to Ripit which was the first energy drinks I ever had.

I like celcius and reign. I prefer sugar free when I get them. Mountain Dew has this "Code Black" that's really good and their healthiest option.


Unlike LIZ imma offer an alternative: Zest Energy Tea. This shyt is the truth, one cup is equivalent or slightly more caffeine than a cup of coffee and you don't crash. THIS is my go to. Healthier and much more cost efficient. A 15pack runs $7-8
