Black people does not mean african americans. Black people are worldwide sir.
If we're talking about how the diaspora identifies in the United States, it is not a worldwide discussion.Nigerians:
African (race continental) = Igbo & Yoruba (ethnicity) = Black (descriptive) > United States (emigration) > Nigerian-American = "African American" = Black
Jamaicans (Caribbean):
African (race continental) = Black (descriptive) = Jamaican (Nationality) > United States > Jamaican-American = "African American" = Black
Rastafarianism is a religion
ADOS/FBA:
African (race continental) = Black (descriptive) > Colony = United States (Nationality) > "African American" = Black
See the problem?
And unaware.I will say caribbean to show unity with the whole caribbean
I believe borders and countries are bullshyt at the end of the day
Slavery happened throughout Africa, before the Trans-Atlantic trade, there was the Trans-Saharan trade dominated by Muslim Arabs then there was the East African trade that went out to India. This post and thread is worth looking at.Slavery happened in WEST Africa. Being born in Africa/Caribbean doesn't = to being a descendant of slave traders. Slave traders/ slave raiding tribes ended up as slaves themselves. Not all slaves ended up that way because they were innocent people. Some people became slaves because they were thieves and immoral degenerates of their tribes or disgrace to their families name. Let's have an honest discussion if we are going to do so.
I remember a documentary where they had like 4 Brits trace their African ancestry and actually located living distant relatives and one of the people's tribe was a notorious slave raiding one.
From what it seems, the Trans-Saharan Slave Trade had a direct impact on Europeans wanting to travel to India since Arabs traded African slaves before migrating into the Iberian.
A couple trades regarding African involvement:
Indian Ocean, or East African, Slave Trade
Trans-Saharan Slave Trade
Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade

This is why the diaspora is having the problems they are. Instead of improving their countries, they come here and pile onto the work one group of "black" people did that benefit the whole then get mad when the benefactors want to unify among themselves in a country they've always been in?
You sound disingenuous.
And unaware.
Regionalism is okay?
How are regions defined if not by borders?

You're being disingenuous now and your emotions have clouded your judgement. Be proud of that with what you've proven.Sir have your opinion
I have said all I have needed to
and proven to myself that this whole thing is much more nefarious
deliberate
with an evil purpose
Those who think like you have a purpose
have it
enjoy yourself
just understand this
when your children are hurting immigrant kids
calling them names and beating them up
be proud and pat em on the back and say wonderful job
get your co workers fired
get fellow students expelled
fight your immigrant neighbors
GO HARD for wite supremacy

I am not cherry-picking 1700 posts to prove a point, you know I'm familiar.I love that you brought it up but you didn't bring up the fact that the American empire and hegemony forcefully inserts itself into the political seat of some of these countries and tries do a hostile takeover causing the conditions for people to migrate
We are literally seeing this with Somalia, Haiti, Afghanistan, Iran, and parts of South America
We literally have shows on the CIA going into mexico being in bed with the cartel and using the crack cocaine era to demolish Black American communities.
What are you on

Exactly.
That is why delineation is important.
Flat Blackness benefits immigrants more than it benefits Black Americans. I am wholeheartedly against it.
Woosh entirely not my point you said it yourself you helped shaped domestic policy but this is an international humanitarian issue. You’re complaining of immigrants abusing they’re so called privilege here but you failed to mention why they are here en masse to begin with. The problem you fail to realize is that this just doesn’t end In America. This is a virus all over the world. Ok you also have people on the other side of the globe putting in their due affairs for liberation don’t paint this like a one sided movement. Stephen Biko, Patrice Lumumba, amilcar gabral, gaddafi so their movements were just meaningless huh? Again just because you don’t hear of people Doing grass roots movements on their end doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist.I am not cherry-picking 1700 posts to prove a point, you know I'm familiar.
Black Americans are the reason for the Fourteenth Amendment so all non-white immigrants can become naturalized and enjoy civil rights they did not participate in fighting for for a century in this country.
What the fukk are you on about?
Black Americans are the reason schools are no longer nationally segregated and that was ended officially by Nixon.
What the fukk are you rambling about?
Black Americans put pressure on the Johnson Administration to put the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965 into law.
Somalians, Haitians, Afghanis, Iranians and South Americans can emigrate to a Jim Crow-free United States.
What the fukk are you talking about?
We have radically shaped domestic policy for the better to make sure you have some legal recourse here.
We are not supposed to die for global equality because we share national identity and history with the white people establishing hegemony.
The United States can't forcefully insert itself anywhere without local politicians accepting them. Neocolonialism, educate yourself.
Your problem is with white supremacy and corrupt leadership abroad, not the populace of Black Americans.
There were anti-colonial movements in the United States championed by Black Americans during the later CRM.
We have already proved how equitable we are with not one but several interracial coalitions championing civil rights domestically over at least one hundred and fifty years in this country. And every time Black Americans are shortchanged on the outcome.
We have knowledge of the CIA flooding black communities with crack to economically, socially and politically cripple them.
Fukk a show, we got facts, figures and analysis. What the fukk are you crying about?
Black Americans don't control the CIA, FBI, State Department, NSA, DEA, IBM, IRS, UPS, UN, IMF or any other domestic or international program aimed at spreading United States hegemony.
There is a difference between helping and kissing ass.
Humble yourself.
