accessing technical foul points after the fact would help. i almost feel like theyve limited the violations theyre accessing because they feel it would make it a bigger story. so they access like one violation every 2 weeks of the season so they can point out how "theyre doing something". get rid of these minimal fines, i dont even care if they suspend someone and let them keep their check.
