David West got a flop fine after falling from LEbrons attempted scissor leg takedown? I dont get it

he did flail his arms afterwards, but i agree i wouldnt give them the same penalty. and if west doesnt flop himself to make sure the refs know he didnt initiate any contact who knows if a ref wouldnt have just assumed that west committed a foul on james.

agreed...I saw west's flop as an only option to defend against bron's flop.
