Dusty is about appearance to me. Someone who looks like they just jumped out of bed and threw any ol shyt on.

Somebody that don't keep their appearance up. nikkas with beards that ain't lined up and look stank. Females with weaves but no edges.

Im just curious because I’ve yet to see any friends or family call a white person dusty irl. Not even strangers, I’m still waiting for my first white person to be declared dusty public.

"Dusty" is for Blacks...But dusty is a more recent term.....back in the days we used to call it "bummy"

"Scruffy" is for whites
