we talked about generic cities in the other thread Dallas was on there. When I think of cities with rich distinctive cultures I think of New Orleans, NYC, Chicago, Houston, Miami, LA, DC

Ppl try to put ATL with these cities and I don’t see it. It’s closer to a Dallas than it is to a New Orleans

What’s the rich distinctive culture of LA, Chicago and Houston? What’s American culture as a whole though??? I’ve asked my friends this, if an American moved to another country, what type is restaurant would they open… like what good would be the specialty
