Two dudes I know pledged, idgaf shyt always looked weak to me

Only thing valuable to me was the networking opportunities, def wasn’t into hazing or obligations which is why I never went through with it
facts. the connections are amazing but i’m not letting a nikka spank me or tell me to wash his clothes/get him breakfast.

i’m jealous of the networking though

Truth is, the bigger proportion of high value males of any race are going to be Greek. If you're not Greek, there is a good chance that you're not high value and never gonna be. I didn't make the rules. Word to Kevin Samuels.

Joke aside, my maternal grandfather and his father were Alphas.

My dad is an Omega.

I pledged the fraternity of my grandfather.
And so did my two brothers after me.

I talked about it on here before but my father was disappointed. My grandfather low-key slick tried to persuade us out of joining his fraternity because he was getting disgusted at what he perceived as the organization letting in men that were not intended to be in the fraternity. He didn't want us associating with them. (There is another back story here.)

Truth be told, the men that were the most influential in my life growing up were all Omegas. I have the utmost respect for them. But I was never an Omega.:yeshrug:

you fit the Alpha template well. Professional, clean cut, boule stock with a dash of :mjpls:

and your grandfather didn't want you intermingling with the lesser blacks who weren't intended to be a part of their club.
