Absolutely. The music is one of the best things about Origins & Legends. Orchestral and equally hilarious at times. That one underwater level where the lums are scat singing:

Uematsu made 4 hours of work for FF7, with the limited tech available to him at the time. That stands out. The only thing as impactful since is Jesper Kyd's work. There's been an Ezio's Family iteration done for every single Assassin's Creed game since that track first came out. AC 2 and Brotherhood are pretty much masterpieces. Honourable mention to Brian Tyler's work for Black Flag.
