What game is better...Tomb Raider or Last of Us?

I'll stand by what I said. I had much more FUN with TR. is the last of us great absolutely. is it a better story. probably one of the best video game stories ever. is TLOU a "better" game. YES, when you add everything together it is.

But I just had more fun with TR.

Basically that's how I felt with Uncharted 2. I had more fun with it than i did with TLOU but then again the quality of the game is up there with tlou in pretty much all aspects whereas TR had several weaker qualities compared to it imo.

Which is cool. What makes TR underrated to me(maybe its just the game we are comparing it to TLOU) is that I felt, Laura's transition was authentic. Now ALOT of people didn't. the whole thing about it being hard for her to kill someone to becoming John Wayne Gacy didn't jar me out of the game as much as it did other players. I mean it's a game. Was it handled well, probably could have been handled better. BUT it worked for me. The SCOPE of TR is what made it. The Heights. The Views, Etc....Had me like WOW. it really made me feel like I was Laura. (Now I did play UC2 but didn't really lets say appreciate it at the time) But wit Laura I was all in. Every little bump and bruise she took. had me like GOTDAMN, she is really fukking going through it.

TLOU while more realistic, wasn't as Grandiose.

The fukk was so good bout tomb raiders gameplay

I redboxed that shyt on 360 beat it in 2 days and never felt the need to touch it again.

Story was dumb as fukk on some season one cancellation shyt.

It was a pretty game and a lot of fun but it really is a b title when last of us is a top tier a+ potentially s class game

Whys last of us gameplay always get downplayed. Smoke
Bombs. Shivs. Proximity bombs. Great gunplay. Amazing melee. Realistic actually useful crafting. Fun stealth. Cool upgrade mechanics. flamethrowers. spiked
Bats. searching for supplies. The only redundant shyt really is the repeated ladder puzzles. But it aint a puzzle game
To me that was just traversal.

Tomb Raider has a lot of cool mechanics never done in games like this. But It's not even close to TLOU.

Tomb raider was alright. I played it, beat it then forgot. Everything its done has been done better than other games.


Tlou was a game i was talking about for months and months, recommending it to everyone.

Citizen kane of gaming was said by a game reviewer. You got your panties in a bunch about then and you still are now.

Tomb Raider had some fun gameplay. New Lara Croft was turnt, getting impaled and climbing to the top of ridiculous towers and escaping burning empirical structures and shooting grenade launchers and zip-lining across shyt and pulling entire wooden tower structures down with mere arrows and string. How could yall hate her brehs she did the most impossible shyt and...well I never finished the game cause the story and characters were stupid but everything Lara Croft did up to that point was a 10/10 on the ridiculousness scale.


But TLOU is just much better.
