Bull rope match....but same thing imo. There have been a couple classic strap/bull rope matches, dusty Rhodes vs billy Graham, rock vs hhh and sting vs vader just to name a few.
What gimmick matches rarely produce good matches?

Most modern Ladder matches-They’re mostly big spot after big spot type of matches with no to little philosophy or storytelling

They had one at NXT Halloween Havoc a couple years back but that was a spin the wheel match (idk if the wheel was worked of if the matches were pre-determined though)

Is wwe still against blood? A dog collar match would ensure a blood bath without the overuse of chairs or weapons

i have yet to watch an iron man match i enjoyed. they’re rarely worth the time.
these mma/ufc influenced matches that have been happening recently are not it.

Not super common but I feel like stretcher/ambulance matches have collectively been a let down
