Man this is wild and the family refuses to speak to anyone about what happened. They’re definitely getting the story together and probably covered their tracks before calling police

People don't understand that in a life or death situations with white people horror movie logic applies. the black person is the most expendable.

here's what i think exactly happened based on the facts of case i've seen so far.

Articles says she took off her life preserver and jumped into the water. That fact that she was wearing a life vest at a lake trip means she probably can't swim well. The family was not paying close enough attention and she got into the water and started drowning, If it was one of the white kids they probably would've jumped into the water did whatever they could to rescue her, since she black they instead weighed the risks and thought, i might drown myself if i jump in the water with her. They instead opted to let the police deal with it, and called the cops. Obviously the cops are not going to show up in time so they end up watching her drown. and this is lake julie only 35 feet deep, so there isn't some powerful currents or anything that would sweep her away. they literally probably just sat there and watched her struggle and drown.

A lot of the others involved shootings or some type of death by violence.

Drowning like this is very common unfortunately so it's not the same level of suspicion like having someone turn up bruised and dead or shot to death. People talking about harming the other family are jumping to conclusions too fast. You can't even charge them with negligence.

Swimming lessons are crucial. That's something that is being neglected. So many instances of Black people on a field trip. Camping trip. With friends away from home drowning. I know someone who lost a brother like this.

This kids parents haven't said if she knew how to swim and I didn't see it in the article.

Her parents is partially responsible for this because I'm pretty sure they are very aware of the shyt cacs do to black people when they got them alone and far away from home, and they choose to let their daughter go out with them by her damn self.

It's too many black people out here are still too trusting with white people, thinking whatever happened to the other black victims wouldn't happen to you. And now their daughter is gone, and cacs robbed them of seeing their child growing up.
