Like 3 years ago, 50% of the population couldn’t sit still for 2 minutes without having one. Kids. Adults. Old people. Schools tried to ban them. Workplaces were asking people not to bring them or were handing them out to employees. I thought it was crazy at the time because it’s just an insignificant thing and it was chaos over it. My question comes from the fact I haven’t seen a single person with one since everything is returning to normal from the height of COVID.

Was it just a trend that got out of hand? Was it something that highlighted the divisiveness of our society or lack of attention span?

everybody suddenly had ADHD at the time

It's another example of how people try to co opt mental illnesses to seem "cool" and "unique", without realizing that they make it harder for people with genuine mental disorders and neuro-atypical brains.

Real men don’t fidget or spin

Real men definitely don't fidget, but sometimes a real man gotta get his spin on

My neighbors kid (20) was really trying to break down the science behind them and what it was doing to help him mentally.

Dude had nothing when I asked "what was your vice before these joints came out, tho'?" ...... *blank stare* ........ "I thought so" as I walked away
