funny you mention Nipsey cause he does the same thing. Im not saying they need to switch up and cant do the pimpish songs, i like those songs too, all im saying is their "positive" songs that they currently do that could have them reach a wider audience are also heavy on the pimp shyt, which limits their appeal. I dont think they need to chase the sound thats popular or abandon their current styles, both artists are pretty diverse in what they are able to do, just if they fine tune what they are currently doing so the pimp shyt is on the pimp tracks and the uplifting songs stick to uplifting shyt that would give them more appeal without switching up their sound. Seriously, alot of Krits "positive" songs got him talking bout tryna find a shorty to fukk, same with Nipsey. Like I was trying to put together a playlist that I could keep on hand for when my girl is with me in the car but pretty much all of their shyt got at least one verse talking bout bytches, fukking and suckin. And Im not saying they cant rap about that shyt, im just saying it dont gotta be on every song, especially with these two artists who have the talent in them to make songs that dont need these pimpish references. its not even about diversifying their music, because they are already very diverse artists, im just saying fine tune it a littleWho cares about mainstream success? He could have a Nipsey Hussle type lane where he eats good and is comfortable making the music he wants to. Last thing I wanna hear KRIT do is switch his style to to gain white female fans.
Woah friend. Krit is out there doing mission work in hostile territory. Are we not instructed to "go out into the world...", friend?

Yet nuccas look up to Jay-Z & Kanye & Wayne...who don't be talking bout shyt AT ALL in they recent shyt
I like what I like. I don't care if Curren$y or Freddie Gibbs or Nipsey Hussle or Krit don't get radio play. I'm still gonna check for em and support them financially. I don't care if he becomes a rapstar & diva like Kanye.
...that's all that matters
