I agree with what the others have said, GZA has always been sorta laid back but he was never as boring as he is now. Listen to stuff like "I Gotcha Back" or his verse on "Protect Ya Neck" and you'll see the difference. He was a lot more lively than he has been in a few uears, but not over the top like RZA.
