I was thinking about this earlier.

Jeezy thinks he's the Jay-Z of the South so he wont collab with you unless you're bout to blow up.

Think about all the affiliations Gucci has made just through givin other dudes a chance (Young Thug, Peewe, Migos,Keef). Hell, even Fetty Wop named himself after Gucci.

None of these nikkas collab or mention Jeezy. Its crazy because Gucci is in jail and still has a hold on the streets thru his influence
He worked with alley boy.. Jeezy shows love

I still fukks with Jeezy, his last album was underrated. I still bump "No Tears" at least once a week....

He has consistently gotten better, but I think that generation of trap music pioneers (Jeezy, Gucci, T. I.) are slowing being phased out. They further they are removed from "that life" the harder it is for them to come across as authentic in my opinion. I mean you know they really did it but we all know they aren't in the kitchen cooking dope in 2015

:what: nikka is you crazy? Them nikkas the most authentic in the game
. If you listen with a hustlers ear to nikkas that really put in that work, it always sounds authentic

Oh I know that, they are realer than ALL of these trap rappers now...

My thing is they are all at least 10 Years removed from the dope game so when they talking about selling dope they are referring to like 96-05 and I'm just saying the game has changed since when they were really out there in the field

Jeezys run should have ended in 2005....so anything after that was overkill. Let the man die in peace.

Jeezy did well to last this long, with his generic content and limited skillset he should've been outta here a long time ago
Nah. Snowman 4ever! TM102 (Inspiration) was the best album I've ever heard. I should've paid for it but I downloaded to my IPOD back in 2006 or 2007.

The game ain't changed and will never change homey
The only way the game will change is if these nikkas suddenly start to sell different drugs. The coke game been the same since the late 80's breh, only thing changing is the prices.

Sometimes you just get burnt out breh:francis:....I think if it was a matter of it not feeling authentic you would've stopped liking them 5 years after they had become superstar rappers and away from the dope game, shouldnt have taken 10 years:patrice:...Sometimes cats that just sound newer and fresher in that lane come and take your attention away....So I guess in a sense I see what you saying, they don't sound any less authentic to me though, but I could see younger nikkas music sounding fresher giving that impression...But most of these new acts don't really sound authentic as Jeezy to me,they just come with the new lingo making them appear closer to the streets in general....but far as them vs Jeezy when it come to that coke talk is concerned,no contest, its still feel real to me:mjcry:
