We got people in here talking about how fame changed Kanye West and I'm sitting here like " tell me more about how this person you've never been in the same room with has switched up on you"



Ppl want Yeezy to go back to College Dropout where he talked about black struggle forgetting that the same album they're trashing's first single was "Black Skinhead", second was "New Slaves" and that he performed another track from the album in front of "Lynching Tree"

I was a Kanye fan from the early beginning. Kanye was humble in a sense that he was more down to earth. Even in his early lyrics you could tell as they were self-depreciating:
-"We aint gotta finish the roach"
-"When I was drivin that baby mama Benz"
-"My credit was so pathetic I could barely afford a debit (card)"
-V.I.P. Very Imaginary Players, talkin about havin only a 1 bedroom apt

Nothing happened to him.He just released a masterpiece.

It was OK. Not as bad as people are claiming but it's not on the level of MBDTF.

When he was releases gems upon gems (verses, tracks, remixes, guest appearances, ALBUMS)... the detractors were always on full beast mode.


It's like he couldn't even breathe without the excessive hate percolating into his atmosphere.


JT doesn't deserve the video vanguard award as much as Ye does.


A travesty that as much foward and transcending his whole image/personae, conceptual thinking, philanthropy, etc.



He's not only changing the game...
