Yes, but 7 of those points were off a blocked FG, which is not a reliable form of offense. and thats just a ridiculous metric to judge their offense by anyway.
They also lost 7 points when their RB fumbled on the 1 yard line so it cancels out.
They had no TOP because they got shut down on that side of the ball because they had 0 offense. It aint like they only had 3 chances to score, they were held to 3&Out/4&Out numerous times.
Oregon lost because they could not stop the run, period, end of story. When a team runs for 300 yards on you, it's kinda hard to win. Not saying the Oregon's O doesn't deserve some of the blame, but I can't absolve the defense. It looked like a bad high school game out there at times. The good news is they're not far off and they know what they have to fix.
