I never liked reality tv but I am not really talking about my personal preference I am talking about cost and ratings people love that shyt and networks pay very little to produce it.

I liked reality tv back when The Real World was a new thing in the 90's and then when Flavor Flav first started his show.

But then after everybody followed the Flavor Flav wave in the mid to late 2000's it just became wack to me.

It was interesting to watch at first and then it just became business as usual

Word, I hear you on that

I didn't mind it back then. It was corny but I was like :manny: cause at the time it wasn't oversaturated with reality tv.

When them Flav Flavor shows was getting spin offs of spin offs, then I was like this shyt is getting ridiculous

Tho I won't lie, I did like the first couple of seasons of Love and Hip Hop :francis:

Same here, bruh

I usually watch repeats of old shyt. Martin reruns stays in the loop. And then sometimes I'll watch late night tv if there's an interview I'm interested in

North Pole
cast of friends were getting 1mil per episode
charlie HIV sheen was gonna get 2mil per episode
sienfield making M's off syndication
networks don't wanna pay those fees again when they can get some idiots and pay them 100k an episode max doing reality shows and still make money.

The last good cac sitcom was "scrubs"

As far as black ones I didn't watch Atlanta so I can't tell

Scrubs is one of the GOATs

I think that was the last tv sitcom that I truly loved.

Man, that was a good ass show

And I didn't even started really watching Scrubs until it was in it's last season. I slept on that show when it was at it's peak

Everybody hates Chris was the last great sitcom.

Nobody does the laugh track nowadays outside of maybe Disney.

I see more sitcoms doing that slow camera motion that the office used.

If you notice a lot of those sitcoms from the 90s were starred by comedians, but nowadays comedians blow up from social media & YouTube.

The funniest content isn't on TV anymore.:yeshrug:

ATL is a good ass show and funny. @Paper Boi

The problem we have is that we have too many white tv sitcoms than black tv sitcoms in nowadays.
