I would think these guys get ssi checks for their disabilities

not sure what the downtown or city limits are like in your area but in mine you see tons of people who are kinda slow or have a learning disability and they are homless and even hooked on drugs...just getting an SSI check isnt enough. a lot of these people are taken advantage of and just thrown out on the street with no one to look after them. shyt is fukked up

makes me wonder how Eli Porter is doing. i hope he got 6 certs and 10 bytches right now but i doubt it
