I never understood why rappers pay gangs for protection, it ain't like they in their neighborhoods selling drugs. I would pay some professionals with cc permits n' sh1t.

If you think about it, it's more conducive to the business that these rappers are in..

instead of paying armed security, pay a gang.

- you can shoot videos in their hood, for some added street cred/realness points

- their upcoming rappers benefit from features from you they probably couldn't really afford on their own, and in turn you can network from those street connections they have.


- if said rappers blow up, you're able to get features from them for next to nothing...if not for free
- If somebody where to attempt to rob you, or start shyt in the streets...they'd have to answer to that gang cause they're gonna protect their investment...

Having some strictly armed professionals who are licensed and bonded, can't give you that.
